Corporate Assistant
Contract: 5-month Fixed Term
Location: Haywards Heath
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours (Flexible)
Job Type: Hybrid (2 days in office)
An established organisation in the Haywards Heath area is seeking a Corporate Assistant to join their team on an 5-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and requires a candidate with excellent minute-taking skills.
Day-to-day of the role:
Arrange and maintain a meetings timetable.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute agendas, minutes, and papers.
Ensure external and internal stakeholders are fully updated with agendas, minutes, and reports.
Produce action reports from minutes.
Provide administrative support to the Chair of the Board, President, and Vice-President, including preparation of expenses and travel arrangements.
Offer general administration support to the Finance Team, HR, and Office Services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication and accurate written skills.
Proficient in typing and minute-taking.
Proficient IT skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, MS Teams/Zoom, and experience using CRM systems.
Ability to organise workload under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Quick to grasp complex issues.
Strong and adaptable team player.
