Corporate Associate Solicitor

This position is based in Reading and requires a Corporate Associate Solicitor with excellent knowledge of the corporate legal sector. The successful candidate will have experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and corporate governance.

Description

The Corporate Associate Solicitor will hold the following responsibilities:

• Advising on corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
• Provide legal advice to clients on corporate governance.
• Prepare and review legal documents as required.
• Advising on private equity transactions and general corporate matters.
• Setting up corporate structures.

Profile

A successful Corporate Associate Solicitor should have:

• 1-5 years PQE.
• Excellent knowledge of corporate law.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
