What You Will Do:
- Engage in diverse work, from M&A and restructuring to investments and partnerships
- Manage company setups and ensure company secretarial compliance
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and oversee data protection matters

The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years' PQE in a corporate/commercial law
