Corporate Associate/Senior Associate - Hybrid/Flexible Working

I am currently working with a award winning law firm looking for a Associate or Senior Associate to join their busy Corporate team based in Guildford. My client has one of the top corporate practices in the South East outside of London. 
They are looking for candidates with previous experience working in a corporate department at a well-established law firm. They are looking for a candidate who is a strong team player with good interpersonal skills and good academics. 
The team covers a broad range of high quality, diverse corporate transactional and advisory work. This includes, private M&A, private equity, corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory.
