Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank division is a leading provider of cash management, trade finance and securities services to clients. Corporate Bank Technology (CB Tech) aids in completing green-field projects that deliver the best transaction banking products in the world. The objective of the Payments F4 KD program is to address identified security and control gaps across the payments landscape, bringing the Payments technology stack within risk appetite. It is a multi-year, cross business program with a significant budget and is sponsored by the Management Board, with regular focus from the Supervisory Board. You will be joining the CB tech team as a Business Functional Analyst,
We are looking for a technical project manager to work on the multi-year Payments Umbrella program, which you will be tasked with implementing an IT and IS control framework for all payment related apps in the bank. The programme will be responsible for ensuring the required controls are defined, implemented and effective across all in-scope payment applications in the bank.

Supporting the Payments F4 KD framework, controls and sustainability workstreams:
- Enhance Payments IT and IS control framework and embed into Business as usual (BAU) process
- You will be responsible with performing detailed analysis on framework changes to define control requirement changes
- Complete payment scoping analysis to clarify scope and solution boundaries
- Perform analysis to understand and agree dependencies between Payments framework and cross-divisional frameworks
- You will analyse gaps between payments requirements and BAU reporting risk management processes and to define and agree target state
- Design and develop functional and non-functional requirements to mitigate IT / IS risk across the payments front to back landscape across all business lines
- Knowledge of IT and IS risk management frameworks and controls
- Knowledge of Payment Processing, Products and regulatory landscape
- You will have ability to analyse existing highly integrated payment application/processes
- Good documentations and communication skills. Understanding of business and operational needs
- You will have experience in working practice in projects under agile and scrum metrology
- Toolset knowledge (JIRA, Confluence).Ability to synthesise, visualize and communicate ideas to others in order to explain complex topic into simple terms
