Job Title: Corporate Chef

Job Location: Multiple Concepts/locations  

Salary: $175,000 - $200,000

Our client is looking for a passionate Corporate Chef to lead culinary operations for multiple restaurant concepts across the United States.

Corporate Chef Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the restaurant’s back of house operations
• Maintain standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Create and execute exciting menus
• Establish and manage a team of talented chefs
• Lead by example and foster a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork
• Train and develop staff to meet high standards
• Manage labor and food costs
• Maintain and enforce brand standards 
• Manage food and labour costs and kitchen budgets while ensuring the highest quality ingredients and efficient practices
• Stay current with culinary trends and industry best practices, driving innovative menus and culinary processes

Corporate Chef Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably from a high-end restaurant
• Well-rounded and motivated culinary leader who can hold their own in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control experience
• Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and develop culinary talent
• A track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• An eye for detail and a commitment to quality
