Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertake responsibility for end-to-end process of tasks
- Ensure knowledge of products and regulatory environments is complied with
- Answer incoming inquiries accurately and document their resolution
- Investigate and resolve complaints and queries
- Maintain relationships with advisors and other business areas
Your skills:
- A positive individual with a "can-do" attitude
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- IT competent with experience of using MS Office
- A highly accurate individual with excellent attention to detail
