Job description

Anabas is a dynamic National Facilities Management company. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers.

We are seeking a professional Concierge Coordinator to work Monday to Friday 7:30am to 7:30pm 55 hours a week at our clients prestigious site in the White City area of Central London.

The ability to be flexible and cover evenings and weekend work when required is essential, Toil and overtime is available when working overtime.

We are offering an annual salary of £13.65 an hour (paid monthly) with a holiday entitlement of 28 days a year.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo BS7858 security vetting which must clear successfully before any employment with us may commence.

  • Suitable applicants will have an in date SIA licence and will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • The ability to speak and understand the French language to a basic level would be advantageous (training will be given)

The closing date for new applications will be the 3rd of April 2024.

The role will be pinnacle to providing a 5* customer experience and so a professional approach is critical. Therefore, the successful candidate should excel in their experience within corporate office environments and be comfortable in dealing with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.

Your main duties will include:


  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors when they arrive at the offices: answer queries, give directions and ensure every client is supported during their visit.
  • Signpost and assist clients and visitors to reception as required.
  • Be vigilant, carrying out security patrols, ensuring the office is safe and secure for staff during working hours.
  • Sign in and out all staff as they arrive and depart the office for fire safety regulations.
  • Receive and direct deliveries.
  • Greet and sign-in contractors, and monitor their adherence to safety thereby reducing the risk of accidents arising via the contractors work.
  • Build professional relationships with clients and executive team members by being friendly and effective in your role.
