Post background

This is an exciting time to join JNCC as a Corporate Data Analyst. We are in the process of implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and as a result a full suite of data dashboards and reports needs to be built to meet business requirements and to maximise the opportunities provided by the new system. This role will act as a reports administrator and super user for the ERP, and as such will lead on supporting and testing future phases of system development.

The post holder will provide data expertise and insights to support core HR activities such as pay modelling, analysis of leaver feedback, statutory reporting and the management of staff benefits. In addition, the post will support JNCC’s annual planning and reporting activities, working across the organisation to support staff in accessing and utilising the data they need to make informed, data driven decisions. In order to provide insightful data reporting across a number of areas, this role will sit in the organisation’s Digital and Data Solutions team, but work closely with JNCC’s HR and finance teams.
