Corporate Finance Associate

Our Client a top chartered accountancy firm is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Finance Associate to join their team working in a hybrid/Remote capacity reporting to the Director of Corp finance.
You’ll need to be technically strong with excellent written and oral communication skills. Liaising with and advising clients is a vital part of this role, so you must be comfortable and confident in dealing with clients directly.
You’ll continuously promote and drive customer service excellence and promote the business’s services through networking and developing strong client relationships.
Ambitious and with a desire for continued development and progression, you will form part of a progressive and growing Corporate Finance team.
Key relationships:
· Directors and stakeholders

· External customers/clients
Key responsibilities:
The role will consist of advising clients in relation to all aspects of Corporate Finance, incorporating:

• Debt restructure
• Assisting with due diligence for acquisitions and sale mandates
• Deal structing
• Report writing
• Succession planning
• Integration planning
• Seeking funding for transactions

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience within a Corporate Finance role having performed similar work, and ideally at owner managed level.
