Committed to delivering unparalleled financial services to their clients, they are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Finance Director to lead the Transaction Services team.
Based in their Manchester hub with hybrid and flexible working opportunities available this is an opportunity for someone either at Director level ready for a new challenge or an Associate Director looking for career path leading to Partner.
In this role, you will provide strategic direction, overseeing a team engaged in due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation for complex transactions. As a key liaison with major clients, you'll ensure exceptional service delivery, leveraging your financial analysis expertise to offer insights and recommendations. Additionally, you will contribute to the firm's strategic planning, manage compliance, and foster team development, aiming for excellence and growth in a dynamic business environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a top ten accounts firm and possess a strong educational background in finance and accounting.
