Are you a seasoned Corporate Finance professional looking for a new challenge? Our client, a rapidly growing firm, is seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Finance Manager / Associate Director to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with lower mid market clients on deals up to £50m, and to make a real impact on the success of the business.
As a Corporate Finance Manager / Associate Director, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of Corporate Finance professionals
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Managing and executing Corporate Finance transactions and strategic advisory assignments
- Providing strategic and financial advice to clients, and assisting with business development activities
- Contributing to the overall growth and success of the firm
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong background in Corporate Finance, with a proven track record of successfully executing transactions
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive and results-driven approach to work
- A relevant professional qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent
