A beloved national children’s charity are in search of a Corporate Fundraising Manager (Wales) and Harris Hill are delighted to assist them with their search. This role is perfect for an experienced fundraiser and relationship builder with a passion for protecting the most vulnerable children in society.
In this role, you will deliver an existing portfolio of exciting corporate partnerships, as well as using your exceptional relationship building and business development skills to identify and secure new partnerships within the region. You will be committed to maximising income generation and you will have experience of delivering strategic plans, budget management and generating new business. There is also an events element to this role – you will develop and deliver a portfolio of fundraising and stewardship events – so any experience in this arena would also be advantageous.
The role is a hugely varied and exciting one, and through your effort you will provide invaluable support for children and young people that will improve their lives beyond measure. The organisation as a whole are hugely friendly, supportive, collaborative and flexible.
Salary: £26,388 to £33,301 plus £500 Home working allowance p.a.

Contract type: permanent, full time (35 hours per week, with occasional out of hours/weekend work – Time Off In Lieu and flexible working are offered) – option for condensed hours 4 day week.
Location: the role is primarily homebased but requires travel across Wales (expenses covered), and attendance at events. You may wish to work from the Cardiff office if you prefer.
