We are seeking to appoint a committed individual to join our Corporate Health, Safety and Resilience Team to help deliver the Council’s responsibilities.

In this interesting and varying role, you will support the Council’s Head of Corporate Health, Safety and Resilience in ensuring the Council meets its legal obligations across all departments and operations.

The ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with colleagues and contractors is required as well as tact, diplomacy and the ability to negotiate. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to achieve defined performance targets.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and be expected to deliver against a challenging work plan.

A Basic DBS check will be undertaken to ensure that the successful candidate has no relevant convictions.
