Join an expanding legal practice as an experienced Business Immigration Lawyer who are offering an incredibly flexible opportunity to the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Provide expert legal advice to corporate clients on a range of business immigration matters, including visas, work permits, and compliance issues.
- Case Management: Manage a varied caseload efficiently, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
- Legal Research: Stay updated on immigration laws and policies, conducting legal research to support clients effectively.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and tailored legal solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the regional Business Immigration team.
Requirements:
- Qualified UK Solicitor/ CILEX Lawyer with a focus on Business Immigration Law.
- Proven experience in handling business immigration matters, with a minimum of 3 PQE.
- Experience working on high value Business Immigration matters at a busy commercial Law Firm.
