Gambit Search are assisting a reputable financial advisory firm based in London with the hire of a Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join their team in London. As a Corporate Insolvency Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of Corporate Insolvency cases, including liquidations, administrations, and bankruptcies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of Corporate Insolvency cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
• Conduct investigations and assessments of financial statements, bank accounts, and assets of insolvent companies.
• Prepare reports and documents required by the Insolvency Act and other relevant regulations.
• Attend meetings with creditors and stakeholders, provide progress updates, and address any concerns or questions.
• Liaise with legal professionals, accountants, and other third-party service providers to facilitate the insolvency process.
• Support the team with any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a Corporate Insolvency role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
