Great Opportunity to work for a leading international law firm in Dublin and gain great exposure to the market as well as progression. This firm is looking for a Corporate Associate (1-4 PQE)

Main Responsibilities:

• Advise investors, companies, and management on venture capital, M&A, and private equity deals.
• Handle cross-border M&A and joint ventures.
• Provide guidance to companies at all stages of their growth.
• Collaborate internationally with their teams in major tech hubs.

Skills and Experience:Preferred:

• Strong M&A and VC experience from a top-tier corporate practice.
• Expertise in exits, seed capital, growth financing, and start up advice.
• Proficiency in tax structuring and employee benefits.
• Excellent academics and technical skills.
• Strong commercial focus and client management abilities.
• Ambitious, sociable, and supportive individual with a proactive attitude.
