SalaryOur client, a well regarded Legal 500 firm, is looking to recruit a Locum Corporate Solicitor to support the team.
The role offers hybrid working, with 2 days per week office based.
The role will focus on advising large corporate clients (often international), investee companies and high net worth individuals on M&A, early-stage investments, reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, option schemes and other corporate law matters.
Applications are sought from experienced Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE gained from managing a broad range of corporate matters. In addition, you must be well organised with a keen eye for details, be proactive and a team player.
The role is due to start asap and is likely to run for at least 3 months, with the potential to be extended further.
