Acting as the first point of contact for the Corporate Partnerships team, you will provide PA support to the Head of Corporate Partnerships and flexible and responsive coordination of a wide range of projects. You will be responsible for extensive diary management and administrative support to the Head of Corporate Partnerships as well as supporting the wider team. Responsible for the financial management of the team budget, you will process all elements of financial activity for the Corporate Partnerships team and ensure exceptional service delivery of multiple Account benefits.
We are looking for exceptional accuracy and experience of financial data management, ideally acquired in a fast-paced environment. You will have a proven track record of handling multiple projects at a time and calmly working under pressure. You will have an excellent eye for detail along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Your impeccable organisational skills will result in smooth-running team support that strengthens and broadens Tate's relationships with corporate partners. But above all, you'll be a flexible team member, creative and hardworking, who's passionate about both people and the arts. You'll also have good interpersonal skills and a flexible and creative approach to your work.
