Are you good at making complex data easy to understand? If so, we've got the perfect opportunity for you – we’re hiring a Corporate Policy and Performance Officer.In this role, you will be supporting our leadership team. You will be responsible for the development and up keep of our performance management framework. You will be extracting, analysing and reporting on key performance measures, making sure we meet our goals and stay on track.You will also have the opportunity to work on projects that support our corporate plan and keep track of the progress of our strategic priorities. Key RequirementsEducated to degree level in a relevant subject area or equivalent experience.Professional expertise and experience, exercising a large degree of independent professional responsibility and discretion.Experience of working in a local government environment is preferred.Skills, Abilities and KnowledgeUnderstanding of the principles of performance management.Able to analyse and interpret data.Strong research and analytical skills, utilising diverse data sources.Able to present data in user-friendly formats.Understanding of local government.Able to work with a range of stakeholders.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discr
