Description
As a Corporate Professional Support Lawyer you will be responsible for:
- Creating and delivering legal and knowledge training for the Corporate team.
- Establishing, updating and managing the departments precedent bank.
- Working alongside other Knowledge Lawyers on knowledge initiatives and thought leadership to progress the firm's knowledge strategy.
- Monitoring legal and market developments and keeping internal fee-earners updated.
Profile
The successful Corporate Professional Support Lawyer should have:
- Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales or other common law jurisdictions.
- Offshore legal experience.
- Extensive experience dealing with Corporate legal matters.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to disseminate corporate legal knowledge easily.
