We are urgently recruiting for an experienced, polished Corporate Receptionist with 3+ years’ experience ideally within a Financial Services / Professional Services environment. Working alongside another receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for this high end private equity firm, so delivering first class service is of the upmost importance.
Duties:
- Ensuring that all visitors are greeted both personally and over the telephone, in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner whilst making sure they are put in touch with the person or the department they wish or need to deal with, as efficiently as possible.
- Taking ownership of the Front of House space
- Answering and actioning all emails on Outlook and filing emails in appropriate folders;
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Assist visitors and occupiers with queries in a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner
- To carry out administrative tasks and duties as and when required
To be successful in this position you'll ideally have previous experience of running a reception desk in a corporate setting. As you'll be first point of contact our client is looking for a Receptionist who is friendly and welcoming, happy to act as the 'face of the company'. Excellent communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills are also a must.
