The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Group Operations Director, you will be responsible being the first point of contact
for clients both in person and on the phone
The role:
Your responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining security for the building, issuing passes to visitors and maintaining the visitors’
book
• Notifying appropriate people of visitors
• Tracking people arriving for appointments and when they exit the building
• Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller’s needs
• Ensuring meeting rooms are left clean and tidy
• Providing refreshments for meetings
