Your role

The Corporate Sales Support specialist is essential in supporting the Corporate Sales team by managing administrative tasks, handling customer enquiries, and facilitating sales processes. This role demands a detail-oriented, organised individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering superior customer service.
What We're Looking For:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and sales documentation.
- Prepare and process sales documents, quotes, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, resolving issues promptly.
- Provide professional, knowledgeable support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage CRM system updates and customer demonstration bookings.
- Arrange Corporate deliveries and develop effective manufacturer contacts.
- Order and locate vehicles, complete AFRL paperwork, and manage vehicle deal files.
- Attend sales meetings and handle customer complaints.
- Track vehicle debtors and conduct weekly customer updates.
- Support all team members and contribute to achieving financial goals.
What’s in it for you:
- Salary: £27,000 per annum
- Hours: 0830 – 1730 Monday – Friday
