Description
- Board and Committee Support: Assisting with the provision of support to the board, committees and other key executive committees of the regulator including: meeting planning, logistics, agenda setting and attendance at relevant meetings for minuting; recording and tracking actions.
- Manage complex diaries and arrange meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Handle confidential documents and correspondences
- Maintain efficient filing systems
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Attend to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
Profile
A successful Corporate Secretary should have:
- Strong academic background
- Previous experience in a similar role within Governance
