The Role
As a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will join a collaborative team of three handling an array of matters in commercial law and corporate transactions. You will deal with matters to include:
- Business acquisitions and sales
- Domestic and international incorporation
- Commercial contracts
- Intellectual property
- IT
You will also have the opportunity to deal with international matters, with full support provided.
About You
The firm is looking for a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE, however more experienced candidates will also be considered. The firm is looking for someone with a flair for business development, and attracting high calibre clients.
