Are you an ambitious Corporate Lawyer with 2 to 8 years PQE in Corporate Law, specializing in transactions ranging from £2 million to £50 million? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our reputable London-based law firm, with a focus on working four days a week in our Southampton office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a diverse caseload of corporate transactions, including buy side and sale side activities.
- Draft and negotiate shareholders agreements, investment agreements, and other corporate documents.
- Provide expert advice on a range of corporate matters, ensuring legal compliance and strategic business support.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- 2 to 8 years PQE in Corporate Law.
- Proven experience in handling transactions within the £2 million to £50 million range.
- Expertise in buy side, sale side, shareholders agreements, investment agreements, EMI schemes, and other corporate work.
**Location:** Southampton (4 days a week in-office)
