The majority of staff split their time between home & the office, usually on a 50/50 basis with scope to start & finish at a suitable time to accommodate your personal life. There may be occasions where you are expected to attend the office for complex transactions & completions but for the most part you will be offered extreme flexibility to help you balance work & life.
This firm are going through a highly successful growth period and have strong flow of work in the Manchester & National corporate team, so there is scope to add more than 1 Solicitor to the team and they can accommodate any level of PQE. There are regular reviews to aid Career Development and a clear structure in place to progress from Associate > Senior Associate > Principal Associate > Partner.
There is an excellent and broad range of quality corporate work across a wide range of sectors to include corporate transactions, management buy ins/outs, joint venture agreements, private equity, restructuring and partnerships. The majority of your client base will be listed companies with an international reach and you will be dealing with transactions in the £25million - £75million bracket.
