Our long-standing Corporate Tax department is actively recruiting an ambitious and dynamic Associate Director to become part of our expanding team. Situated in the heart of Cheltenham, our central office boasts a renowned reputation, earned through serving a wide-ranging and diverse clientele.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain tax relationships with corporate clients and provide high level of client service. Client base would include a wide variety of clients from large Private Equity groups to single entity inbounds for international businesses in a range of different sectors
- Manage a client portfolio providing both Corporate Tax compliance and planning advice
- Effectively manage, motivate, mentor and develop a team of qualified, part qualified and trainees through coaching and supervising
- Review and appraise internal working practices, identifying areas where efficiency improvements can be made
