Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled lawyer, ideally qualified in England and Wales, with ideally around least 6 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Tax. Your expertise will be pivotal in advising on complex, cross-border transactions and providing strategic tax planning insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on Corporate Tax matters related to mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
- Providing international tax advisory services.
- Collaborating with multi-jurisdictional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6 years PQE in Corporate Tax law, with exposure to M&A tax.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and international tax principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Superior communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
