This outstanding Corporate Tax team are looking to hire an experienced Senior Associate / Associate Director into their well-established team.

\n\n

This is an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Tax Lawyer to join award winning firm, and top tier team that is going from strength to strength. You will be working closely with enthusiastic and approachable team to actively further develop the team and service a broad range of clients in all aspects of UK and cross-border tax advice . The team undertake complex tax structuring mandates as well as some transactional matters.

The client base includes high profile, publicly listed companies, management teams, investment funds, family owned businesses, real estate investors and developers.

\n\n

You will work closely with colleagues across the offices including international offices and especially from the private equity, funds, corporate, real estate, projects, and banking teams. The Corporate Tax team is closely aligned to its sectors including technology, media and communications; real estate and infrastructure; financial services; and healthcare and life sciences.
