Corporate Tax Solicitor

A leading national law firm in Guildford is looking for a Corporate Tax Solicitor to join its highly reputed Corporate Tax team. 

The firm you have the opportunity to join is recognised year after year as providing top-tier services to its commercial clients as recognised by the legal directories. 

You will work with a client list including multinationals, well-known brands and FTSE 100 companies on Corporate Tax matters. This includes liaising with the wider corporate team to advise on mergers and acquisitions.

Due to the calibre of its client list, the team has a focus on complex and high-net-worth work with international and cross-border elements involved. 

Matters you will work on include:

• Merges & Acquisitions
• Franchising
• Tax issues

To be considered for this position, you must: 

• Have 3 or more years of PQE in Corporate Tax 
• Be a qualified solicitor
• Have strong academics
