Corporate Trainer

Your new company
Our client is a well-established pensions company, which delivers first-class administrative service to a number of FTSE and multinational companies across the UK. Their strong reputation is built on technical expertise and quality service, and they are now looking for an ambitious professional to join their team as a full-time, permanent Trainer in their Liverpool Office.
Your new role
In your role as Trainer, you will be working in their Corporate Office in Liverpool, providing training to newly hired Pensions Administrators in both 121 and group settings, as well as providing professional development throughout their career and mentoring throughout their career. Your key responsibilities will be to design and deliver training sessions based on business and individual needs, engaging in learning-needs analysis to determine what skills gaps need to be developed and keeping training up-to-date with changing regulations and procedures. Other main duties will include continuous training across teams to provide support for new projects as they come up within the business, maintaining individual training records and analysis for any training delivered, as well as being the "go to" experienced contact point for all technical training queries by department heads and senior staff. You will need to be highly aware of the necessary regulations and the company\'s risk management and compliance practices, to ensure all staff and training is compliant with the FCA.
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you should possess a positive attitude, strong IT skills, excellent communication skills for stakeholders of all levels and the ability to develop productive working relationships with new and senior members of staff. It is essential that you have worked in Training and/or Coaching as well as experience having worked for a Financial Services organisation/in the Finance sector in some capacity. It would also be beneficial but not essential if you have a background in quality checking work and/or call monitoring.
