You will have experience of recruiting and retaining volunteers, you will possess knowledge of volunteering trends and legislation, and have experience of encouraging colleagues to identify, engage and recruit volunteers to support project work and our ambitious plans.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be willing to support new and experienced Volunteer Supervisors including coaching them to have brave/difficult conversations. You will be accurate, methodical and well organised in order to manage your own workload, prioritise activities and tasks, and ensure that you meet deadlines.
