Office Angels Manchester are proudly supporting luxury Car Dealerships across Stockport and Oldham.
Our clients require weekend reception support, so if you have reception experience, a passion for the automotive sector and are available immediately for weekend work continue reading!
Duties could include:
Reception
Data entry
Meeting and greeting
Offering customers refreshments
Filing/scanning
Assisting sales team
Dealing with email and general enquiries
General administration tasks as directed
Ensuring showroom is presentable at all timesSkills required:
Good communication written and verbal
Exceptional organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong telephone manner
Experience of relevant software including MS word, Excel and outlookPlease note candidates should be available for a minimum of 4 weeks.
