Cost Controller

Belcan Workforce Solutions is hiring a Cost Controller, on an Inside IR35 contract.

Monday to Friday 37 hours per week working at our client's site in North Kent.

12 month contract until April 2025.

Suitable candidates will be required to-

1. analyse and check project costings for materials, quantities, labour, plant and time
2. perform risk, value management and cost control during construction
3. value completed work, oversee application for payments
4. maintain awareness of the different contracts in use
5. liaise with construction site team on contractor performance and assess disallowable costs
6. provide support to the Commercial Managers
7. attend and contribute to contractor meetings and take minutes
8. assist with the preparation of formal contract correspondence
