Costume Designer

As a Costume designer, your primary responsibility will be to create a seamless costume design narrative across three acts, each with three scenes. This includes designing costumes, hair, wigs, and makeup that visually connect the women's stories through different decades. You will design for three young black women who are recent arrivals from the Caribbean and West Africa. Each character has a limited wardrobe due to financial constraints. When designing, please consider contrasting colors that ensure each character has a distinct visual identity and that the costumes evolve over the course of a day to an evening party.

We require a designer who has previous experience in designing for theater productions and is passionate about this exciting project. If you are interested, please submit your portfolio and resume for consideration.
