Counsel - Funds Distribution and Marketing

Our client is one of the world's leading asset management companies.

It is seeking to hire someone who can sit between legal and compliance and provide regulatory advice on fund Distribution and Marketing. The role sits within the compliance team but serves as Counsel to all business units with respect to distribution of products and Marketing materials to investors.

The role will include advising on:

• investor communications, marketing and related materials from a legal and regulatory stand point
• review and assist on fund marketing and distribution matters and be the main point of contact across EMEA
• MiFID/CBDF/SFDR and other EU regimes

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in a law firm or asset management company and understanding of Funds Distribution / marketing and regulations
• Understanding of alternative investments, PE funds
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as AIFMD and MiFID
• Outstanding communication skills
