Counter Manager - Beauty

COUNTER / BUSINESS MANAGER

We are currently recruiting for a Counter Managerfor an internationally known beauty brand. They continue to grow on a global scale with their natural products. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this retailer as a Counter Manager in Bristol for a 9 month contract, in a high footfall beauty department.

You will understand the importance of a personal 1-2-1 service to your customers and drive sales through bespoke consultations and product demos.

What we want in our new Counter Manager:

• Be a brand ambassador and passionate about skincare
• You will have experience of managing a small team in a retail or spa environment.
• Confident in conducting facials and driving treatments through the team
• Able to build and develop loyal clientele
• Deliver excellent customer service

As our new Counter Manager this role does require a NVQ level 2 essential.

We can offer a competitive salary up to £23,400, plus excellent commission, product allocation, a generous discount and company benefits.
