- Greeting customers and provide excellent customer service
- Taking customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and dining space
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Upsell additional menu items or promotions to customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £7.68-£10.80 per hour
