Courses and Events Administrator – £25,000 pa – Newport Pagnell, MK16 8JS
The Role

As a Courses and Events Administrator, the successful candidate’s primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient organisation of training Courses and Events within the dental sector. This role encompasses a diverse range of tasks and requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. You'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality educational experiences, contributing to the success and growth of our education programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the courses/events diary.
- Administrating Courses and Events including advertising and organising the required materials and equipment.
- Ensuring on the day the smooth running of courses held at our Newport Pagnell offices.
- For courses held offsite – coordinate delivery and return of all materials and equipment required.
- European courses at our head office in Belgium – advertising, managing delegates and arranging travel.
- Answer email and phone enquiries.
- Liaising with trainers to make sure they have the correct materials for course delivery in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and editing course lists to ensure they are kept up to date.
- Maintain course records on CRM and ensure follow up tasks are allocated to sales team.
- Managing delegate requirements.
- Providing CPD certification where relevant and getting new courses certified when needed.
- Booking accommodation and travel for events.

The Person
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the Training sector.
- Excellent English and Grammar skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise your workload.
- Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- A good team player attitude.
