In this crucial role, you'll be instrumental in helping clients navigate their day-to-day financial matters while offering valuable counsel to their appointed Deputies. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining a small caseload.
- Delivering professional service to external and internal clients while fostering professional relationships with clients and other stakeholders (such as case managers, carers, and client families).
- Advocating for best practices and case management standards, ensuring compliance with Lexcel criteria through regular file reviews and effective supervision.
- Meeting individual and collective billing targets while upholding key performance indicators.
- Generating and presenting insightful reports on case holdings, turnover, billing, and client satisfaction.
- Contributing to the firm's Lexcel accreditation by diligently adhering to quality standards.
- Preparing and submitting lay deputyship applications to the Court of Protection.
- Preparing and submitting professional deputyship applications, trustee applications, and interim/urgent applications to the Court of Protection.
