If you have a background in Private Client and are looking to specialise in Court of Protection, keep on reading as this role in Horncastle could be for you!
Joining this leading law firm, you would be sat within the Private Client department carrying a caseload of Court of Protection matters, working alongside other Fee Earners.
The firm are looking for individuals who are passionate about Private Client and Court of Protection, who have some solid experience in this area of law.
You must have a proactive and structured work ethic, able to provide an excellent service to the firms existing clients.
It would be desirable if you have experience of running your own Private Client or Court of Protection files.
This role requires both a full driving licence and access to a vehicle as part of the role is to attend important appointments outside of the office.
This role can be considered on either a full time or part time basis.
