Ideally, you will be 3 years’ PQE and have previous experience within Court of Protection work, including completing Court forms and other forms/documents for benefits and insurances, as well as managing deputyships and trusts for children and adults with complex acquired brain injuries.
Experience handling cases involving high value damages awards is advantageous.
