Excellent opportunity for a junior level Court of Protection Solicitor to join a leading law firm who are ranked in the Legal 500. This Court of Protection team are recognised nationally and are well known for the excellent quality of their service.
The successful Court of Protection Solicitor will be be working on a busy caseload of Court of Protection matters to include property and finances for a wide variety of clients. In addition to your own caseload, you will be assisting senior team members on more complex and high value matters.
You will be a qualified solicitor with experience of working on Court of Protection matters. You will be able to show an understanding of the Professional Deputyship Standards, Mental Capacity Act and the Court of Protection Practice Directions. Training will provided, depending on PQE level. If your experience has been part of a private client caseload or otherwise, please still apply.
