We're currently looking for an enthusiastic School Cover Manager to work at a fantastic school in Heathfield. Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we're looking for more high-quality Cover Managers to work with these schools and ensure they continue to run smoothly. We are looking for an innovative, efficient and cost effective Cover Manager to lead the school on a long term basis. About the role As the Cover Manager, you will be responsible for the teaching-related running of the school, as part of a dynamic school management team. Your duties as a Cover Manager can include: Reliable, highly motivated and self-driven. Experienced with an excellent knowledge and understanding of teaching & learning Keen on attention to detail, has high standards and takes pride in their work. A team player with strong communication skills. The ideal applicant will have: Sound experience of staff management and budgetary responsibilities. Experience of providing cover for absence An excellent working knowledge of ICT systems. Why choose Engage Education?
