The Talent Crowd are actively recruiting a number of Cover Receptionists to be a vital part of our Education Clients' teams situated in Stockport, Manchester & Bolton.
 
This exciting opportunity offers flexibility for those who thrive in varied environments, making it an ideal fit for individuals available on an as-needed basis to cover sickness and holidays.
 
Every candidate is required to possess an Enhanced DBS Certificate or express a readiness to acquire one.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Handle incoming calls, take messages, and facilitate necessary transfers.
• Efficiently manage the email inbox, ensuring timely responses.
• Greet and assist visitors, overseeing the sign-in/out process and issuing visitors ID Badges.
• Manage postal correspondence with precision.
• Oversee lost property matters.
• Skilfully manage diaries.
• Undertake additional administrative duties as required.

 
Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
 

• Essential previous experience as a Receptionist.
• Advantageous familiarity with SIMS.
• Excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanour.

 
Working Hours:
 

• Flexible hours available between 8 am and 5:30 pm.

 
Remuneration and Benefits:
 
Competitive salary: £11.50-£12.00 per hour.
