- Provide cover for absent teachers and deliver pre-prepared lesson plans.
- Ensure students' learning continues uninterrupted during teacher absence.
- Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Understand and adhere to school policies and procedures.
- Engage with students and facilitate their participation in the learning process.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure consistency in lesson delivery.
