The role involves supervising the delivery of a prepared lesson in the event of the short-term absence of the class teacher. An ability to provide cover in all subjects and for classes in years 7 to 11 is required.
Hours of work:Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8.30am to 3.45pm
An ability to relate well to young people and work using your own initiative is essential. Experience of managing the behaviour of groups of young people would be advantageous. You will be part of an experienced and supportive team of Cover Supervisors.
