Overview
The Highcrest Academy are looking to recruit a Cover Supervisor on a term time plus one week (39 weeks per year) 32½ hours per week permanent position. No two days will be the same. You will be required to undertake admin and other support duties as directed when not providing classroom cover.

Salary details: Bucks PayScale 4 pro rata. Actual salary form: £19,804 - £21,426 PA depending on experience.

About the role
As a Cover Supervisor no two days will be the same. You will have a strong classroom presence working with young people in a teaching or non-teaching capacity. You will cover for absent colleagues, ensuring registers completed on time. taking an active role in teaching the work set, engaging with students and upholding the academy’s high expectations.
You will be required to undertake admin and other support duties as directed when not providing cover. You will receive strong support from a "Flagship” inclusion school, and will participate in all aspects of life at the academy.

Qualifications and Training:
- Educated to at Least A-Level
- Confident ICT user
